What is stored

• Your email address and a bcrypt hash of your password. The password itself is never stored.
• A login session kept on the server (only a hash of your cookie is stored) for up to 7 days, and a short security log: logins, failed logins, logouts and similar events, with the time and your browser type. It is shown on your Settings page.
• The videos you upload, your exported versions, and your workflow settings.
• If you connect a platform: its access tokens (saved encrypted) and the account name and numbers the platform reports. Disconnecting erases the tokens and those numbers.

Where it is stored

Everything is saved on the computer or server that runs this app (a database and an uploads folder). Your data is not sent to any other service, except when you choose to connect a platform, which then talks to that platform's official API. The app never asks for your Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or Rumble passwords, and it sends no email.

YouTube

If you connect YouTube, this app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

• It asks Google for three permissions: view your channel and videos, view your analytics reports, and upload videos. It does not ask for revenue data, and it never deletes, comments on, subscribes to or edits anything on YouTube.
• It saves your channel name, picture and id, Google's access and refresh tokens (encrypted), the details of the uploads you start, and a copy of your analytics reports for a few hours.
• You can disconnect at any time on the Channels page: the app tells Google to revoke its access and erases the saved tokens, stored numbers and cached reports. You can also remove access in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting your data

Deleting a video in the Content Library removes the file and every export made from it. Whoever runs the server can delete the account data on request.
